ALL INDIVIDUALS WHO WERE SCHEDULED FOR APPEARANCE FOR CRIMINAL COURT IN THE FIFTEENTH JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT DURING THE STAY AT HOME ORDER:
If you were scheduled for appearance in criminal court (Trial, Pretrial, Plea, Traffic, Revocation, Rule, et.) and your court date was cancelled due to the COVID 19 Stay at Home Order, you should to the following:
1) As soon as the Stay at Home Order is lifted, you should report to the clerk of court's office to accept service of a new court date, unless you have already been served with a new date.
2) Contact your attorney after you have received your new court date to advise him you have been served.
